Juniors: Year of birth 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 – Contest time 4 mins – minimum grade – green belt (10th Mon/3rd Kyu)

(all Cadets may also compete in the Junior category)

Seniors: Year of birth – Minimum age of 14 years on day of competition – Contest time 4 mins – green belt (10th Mon/3rd Kyu)

Veterans: Year of birth – Minimum age of 30 years on day of competition – Contest time 3 mins. Minimum grade – Green Belt

Weigh In:

Juniors – 8.00am to 8.30am (Test Scales available)

Seniors – 8.30am to 9.00am (Test Scales available)

Veterans – 11.00am to 11.30am (Test Scales available)

Please note: Competitors who are competing in both Junior and Senior or Senior and Veterans categories should collect both their registration cards and weigh in during the allocated Junior/Senior weigh in time.
